Quesenberry, Sara Jean

Sara Jean Quesenberry, age 35, of Peterstown, WV, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018. Born June 3, 1982, in Pulaski, VA, she was the daughter the late Dennis Quesenberry and Denise Spence Amos and husband Jeff of Lindside, WV. Sara was a 2000 graduate of Pulaski County High School and was a manager at a Blimpie convenience store.

In addition to her mother and step-father, survivors include her husband, Christopher “Chris” McClaugherty; one daughter, Lillian Renee McClaugherty; maternal grandfather, Vestal Spence of Pulaski, VA; one brother, Christopher D. Quesenberry of Peterstown, WV; one sister, Kimberly Tolar of Riner, VA; special Aunt, Linda Carr and husband Eddie of Pearisburg, VA; one step-sister, Heather Palmer and husband Arthur of Peterstown, WV; three sister-in-laws, Crystal Wilson and husband J.R. of Lindside, WV, Stacy Wilson of Rich Creek, VA, and Heather McClaugherty of Radford, VA; mother-in-law, Kathy McClaugherty; three nephews and six nieces.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, WV, with Pastor Robert Baer officiating. Burial will follow at Swope Cemetery in Lindside, WV. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until time of services on Wednesday at the funeral home.
