Quesenberry, Leesa Cregger
Leesa Ann Cregger Quesenberry, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend went home to be with the Lord Thursday, April 6, 2023 after a short battle with brain cancer at Heritage Hall In Blacksburg, Virginia. She was 67 years old.
Born July 25, 1955 in Pulaski, she is the daughter of the late Everett Carl Cregger and Hazel Vernell Dalton Covey. She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Joe Covey.
Leesa retired from the New River Valley Medical Center after working as a pharmacy technician for 27 years. She spent much of her time as a caregiver to her 94-year-old mother who passed away December 25, 2022. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother to her three boys and their children. Leesa, also know as “Nana” loved spending time with her two Grandsons and her only Granddaughter. Leesa also loved her cats. She loved her cat Mitsy the most. Leesa will be deeply missed by all that knew her, especially her family and friends.

Sister and Brother-in-law – Janet and Don Gregory-Clemmons, NC
Nephew – Chris Gregory-Clemmons, NC
Niece – Jennifer Gregory-Clemmons, NC
Former Husband – Michael Quesenberry-Dublin, VA
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 1:00 PM – April 11, 2023 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski. Interment will follow at Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski County. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

So sorry to hear of her passing. I worked with her for many years at Carilion. She always filled my Med machine and that is how we became friends. She was the best and I will always cherish the friendship I had with her. RIP sweet girl. You will be missed.
