Quesenberry, Freddy Thomas

Freddy Quesenberry passed away unexpectedly at home in Christiansburg on Thursday, May 17, 2018. He was known for always being supportive of his family and friends and for his love for God, which overflowed into how he treated others. He constantly voiced his support of his children, saying, “I’m always with you” every chance he got.

Freddy was very devoted to his wife, Jan Quesenberry, and his church that he loved and faithfully attended. Last but certainly not least, he cherished Zoe, “his” dog who knew him as Uncle Freddy, like many others did.

Surviving family members include Jan Quesenberry, his wife of 52 years; son Madison Quesenberry (Kevin); sisters-in-law, Colleen Light and Brenda Winkle; and brother-in-law Kenny Richards. He was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Dee Dee Quesenberry.

In keeping with Freddy’s wishes, there will not be a memorial service. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to Blue Ridge Church, PO box 221, Christiansburg, VA 24073.
