Quesenberry, Dorothy Irene Stilwell

Dorothy Irene Stilwell Quesenberry, age 76, of Allisonia, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the Lewis-Gale Hospital, Pulaski. Born September 21, 1935 in Draper, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Martin Lewis Stilwell & Dovie Opal Hylton Stilwell. She was a member of the Farris Mines Christian Church and a rural route mail carrier for the Allisonia area for 41 years. She is survived by her Husband of 59 years- Sanford Lee Quesenberry – Allisonia. Children- Roda R. Quesenberry & Arthur Pickerel – Pulaski, Denna Quesenberry & husband, Andy Snead – Salem. Grandchildren- Lauren & Chelsea Snead. Sister- Madeline S. Marshall & husband, George Marshall – Allisonia. Numerous nieces and nephews- Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Farris Mines Christian Church, Allisonia with Rev. Dennis Trail officiating. Interment will follow at the Farris Mines Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
