Price, Mary Virginia

Mary Virginia Price, 87, of Christiansburg, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2008, at Richfield Recovery Center, Salem. Daughter of the late Mae Dixon Goins and T.T. Goins, she was also preceded in death by her husband, William “Pokey” Price.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Betty Jo and Charlie Maney; sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Sandy Price, Richard Price, Steve and Cookie Price; grandchildren, Karen M. Elswick and husband, R.K. Jr., Rusty Maney, Nicole M. Robinson and husband, Joel; Kim Walters and husband, Eddie, Christy Albert and husband, Kevin; Pam Price, Todd Price and wife, Sherri, Debbie Peters and husband, Mike; William Billy Price, Timothy Price; seventeen great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2008, in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel conducted by the Rev. Monroe Hedrick with interment to follow in Sunset Cemetery.
