Price, David Richard

David Richard Price, age 74, of Blacksburg died, Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at his home. He was born on January 26, 1939 to the late Richard Lee and Bertha Virginia Snider Price. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Kent Edward Price and a sister, Eunice Leola Price King. He is survived by his former wife, Irene Elizabeth Jones, of Blacksburg, former stepson, Timothy Scott Boone, of Blacksburg, sister, Minnie Sue Bowles, of Roanoke, brother, Ray Leo Price, of Christiansburg, numerous, nieces, and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, August 23, 2013 at 2:00pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmie Lee Price officiating. Interment will follow in the Zack Price James R. Long Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until service time at the McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
