Price, Clyde Odell
Clyde Odell Price, age 83, of Blacksburg died, Sunday, August 28, 2022, at his home. He was born in Montgomery County July 9, 1939. He was preceded in death by his wife Loveda Price, mother Arbella Linkous Price, brothers James Price, Johnie Price and Bobby Price.
He is survived by his daughters, Asonya Perdue and Leia Price; son and daughter-in-law, Calvin and Gala Price; sisters, Ruby Dove and Betty Lou Woodson; three grandchildren, Michaela Perdue, Heather Price, and Samantha Price; and many other family members and special friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmie Lee Price officiating. Internment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. S.W. Blacksburg, Va.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Longship McCoy Fire and Rescue, and Good Samaritan Hospice.

Our brother was a kind loving man. He will be missed. May God help the family in this time and allow all to remember the great heart he always had. I introduced him and Loveda at church when they were both very young. It worked! They are back together. Peace be with all.
