Power, Barbara Clarke

Barbara Clarke Power, 68, of Shawsville, Va., passed away on Monday, January 9, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Israel Clarke and Dora Levy Clarke; and her husband, Andrew Power.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Haroun and Angela Ghoorahoo, Raschid and Leslie Ghoorahoo, and Sharif Ghoorahoo; and eight grandchildren.

The Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2012, in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Wes Conner. Interment will follow at the Shawsville Congregational Holiness Cemetery, Shawsville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
