Potter, Michael Brandon
Michael Brandon Potter, of High Point, NC, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at the age of 33. Brandon is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jo Ann and Clifford Potter, Creola (Songer) and Mack Reedy, and William Weddle.
Brandon is survived by his parents, Michael Potter of Wise, VA, Pamela Potter of Blacksburg, VA; sister, Emily Potter of Norton, VA; brothers, Joshua Potter and wife, Shannon of Rustburg, VA, Justin Potter and wife, Karrie of Wise, VA; niece, Megan Potter; nephew, Caleb Potter; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Brandon grew up in Wise, VA and worked for Norfolk Southern Railroad as a conductor in the Linwood, NC yard. He was hardworking and cherished by all that truly knew him. He loved his dog, Bruno almost as much as his mother, father, and sister. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, the outdoors, visiting family, playing a friendly game of Wii sports, classic rock music, and cooking. He was a very special person and will be sorely missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests you make donations to your local animal rescue in his name instead.
