She is survived by her fiancé, David Link; one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and David Steele; one son and daughter-in-law, Don and Diane Pollard; five grandchildren, Jamil, Travis, Dakota, Dylan, and Dalton; four sisters, Evelyn Altice, Brenda Smallwood, Frances Carter, and Louise Carter; four brothers, John Huffman, Cecil Huffman, Charles Huffman, and Melvin Huffman; her children’s father, Donald Pollard, Sr. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at Gardner Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Vinton Quesenberry, the Reverend Richard Kingrea officiating. Interment will follow at the Link Cemetery.
