Pollard, Hazel Dunford

Hazel Dunford Pollard, 86 of Rich Creek, VA passed away Monday, November 4, 2013 at Bland County Nursing and Rehab Center, Bastian, VA. Born November 15, 1926 at Yukon, WV she was the daughter of the late Robert Dunford and Mary Rose Davis. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Olin Mulkey, daughter, Sue Miller, three sisters, Norma Jean Fuller, Betty Muscelli and Ruby Powell, and two brothers, Jackie and Harold Dunford. Survivors are one daughter, Patsy Belcher of Bluefield, WV, two brothers, Pete Dunford and wife Wanda of Peterstown, WV and Kenneth Davis and wife Phyllis of Ballard, WV, four sisters, Marie Shaban of Gary, WV, Linda Meadows and husband Gerald, June Biggs all of Peterstown, WV and Billie Blevins of Yadkinsville, NC, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the Peterstown Cemetery, Giles County, VA with her brother Pete Dunford officiating.
