Poff, Treva Duncan
Treva Waunetta Duncan Poff, 86, of Christiansburg, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mattie Duncan; her husband, Arnold W. Poff; as well as several brothers and sisters.
Treva is survived by her son, Michael W. Poff and wife, Sharon, of Christiansburg; daughter, Kathy P. Banks of Christiansburg; granddaughter, Michelle B. Forth and husband, Chad, of West Virginia; sisters-in-law, Frances Marshall and Ruby Duncan; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Treva was a member of the Christiansburg Church of the Brethren. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.
The family will receive friends 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, February 25, 2016, at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Don Peters and the Rev. Jerry Hylton officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
The family would like to express their appreciation to all medical professionals involved with her care. A special thank you to The Crossings at Blacksburg for their excellent and loving care during her residence at their facility.

Prayers for Kathy and her family. Just ran into Kathy at Cracker Barrel while visiting Cburg in January. Had a wonderful chat. Knew her mom was having difficulties. So hard!
