Pierson, Julia Trussell

Mrs. Julia Ann Trussell Pierson departed this life on Saturday, August 22, 2020. She was born August 2, 1947 in Montgomery County, VA to the late Thomas and Ida B. Mills Trussell. Mrs. Pierson was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Pierson of 34 years, 3 brothers, Thomas, Bruce and Philip Trussell, 2 sisters, Janet Pierson and Patricia Meadows.

She was employed by Graham White Manufacturing for over 30 years. Those left to cherish her memories include 3 children, one son, Chris Trussell, 2 daughters, Monique (Coles, Sr.) Terry and Deborah Pierson all of Roanoke, VA, 4 grand children, Jasmine Terry Coles Terry, Jr., Xavier Bonds and Tyree Calfee, 4 great grand children, Kaurie Miles, Roman Terry and Zayden Bonds, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and church family.

A celebration of life will be held will be held 11:00AM Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Serenity Funeral Home.
