Phillips, Stella Irene

Stella Irene Phillips, 79 of Floyd, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018. She was born September 14, 1938 in Filbert, WV to the late Eli H. and Manilla L. Phillips. She is survived by a brother, Vergil Phillips (Hazel); sister, Kathleen Hicks; brother-in-law, Ralph French; sister-in-law, Frances McDaniel; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Poston officiating. The interment will follow at the Simpkins – Phillips Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
