Peters, Susie Bell
Susie Bell Peters, 85, of Pulaski County, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019. Susie was born to Frank Alexander Bell and Lousie Moles Bell.
Susie was a lover of all outdoor activities. She enjoyed fishing, boating and hunting. She was the proud former co-owner of the Pizza House in Radford for over 40 years and also drove a school bus for Pulaski County Schools for over 33 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters and 4 brothers and two grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Randy Peters and wife Dana; brothers, Charlie Bell and wife Betty and Wayne Bell and wife Barbara; sister, Patricia Sittler; grandson, Tommy Peters; her extended family, Ashley Sheets and husband Daniel, Trey Wyatt, Aviana Sheets, Malakai and Kierra; and many other nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the American Cancer Society in Susie’s memory.

We will really miss her. Had alot of fun with her especially when she would come up to Aunt Kate’s. Loved her and always will. So glad she had you all.

Such a great lady! I have great memories when we played softball for Pizza House. No one could make better pizza’s than Susie and Poonie!!! She will be greatly missed but her memories will stay forever. My deepest condolences to Randy and all her family. Love ya Susie! Godspeed.

Susie was a legend in her time. So many years making pizzas with Poonie and being a great friend to everyone who knew her. Driving the school bus for so many years making an impact on many Pulaski County students. Rest in Peace Susie, you have earned your wings.

So very sorry to hear of Susie’s passing. Have many great memories of her and Poonie making pizzas at the Pizza House. Raised three children on Pizza House pizzas. May God be with her family as they lay her to rest.

Sweet sweet sweet lady. We had many fun field trips back in the 80’s not to mention pizzas (every Friday night, lg. W/EX. hamburger). Loved you then Susie and always will. Brenda. C and Tim
