Clarence Theodore (Lucky) Perry, 79, of Radford, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2008, at Radford Nursing and Rehab. He was a retired construction superintendent. He was a veteran of both the United States Army and United States Navy.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Vernon Perry, Radford; two sons and daughter-in-law, Clarence T. Perry Jr., of Radford, Clayton Troy and Cindy Perry, of Dublin; daughter, Shirley A. Perry, of Radford; four grandchildren, Tiffannie, Whitney, Chad and Carlie Perry; two sisters, Betty Seawell and Ledia Ramsey, both of Toledo, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 28, 2008, at 11 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home, in Radford, with the Rev. Paul Layne officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Burial Park, in Radford, with V.F.W. post 776 conducting Military Rites.

The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday at the Mullins Funeral Home, in Radford.
