Perdue, Ronald Gene

Ronald Gene Perdue, 75 of Pearisburg, VA departed this life February 11, 2021 at his home in the loving care of his family and Intrepid Hospice. Born April 26, 1945, he was a son of the late George and Lucille Stafford Perdue.

A 1963 graduate of Giles High School, Ronald served his country proud in the US Air Force; he is retired from Celanese, a member of Eggleston United Methodist Church, and a Life Member of the Giles Rescue Squad.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and his special little puppies, Bridgette, Brandy and Maggie.

Left to cherish his memory to their hearts are his wife, Brenda Stump Perdue; brother, Roscoe Perdue (Thresa); sister-in-law, Juanita Sweeney (David); nephews, Todd Perdue (Anita), and Donald Whittaker; a niece, Mary Miller (Ben); great nephews, Jacob Perdue,Michael (Alexis) Perdue, and Gavin Miller; and great nieces, Macy Miller, and Mabry Miller.
