Perdue, Kathy Crawford

Kathy Ann Perdue, 58, of Narrows, VA, went to be with the Lord on July 8, 2021, at her home with her family by her side. Kathy was born March 18, 1963, in Union, WV. She was the daughter of Don and Freda Crawford of Lindside, WV.

Kathy worked for Celanese for over 30 years. She loved to crochet, quilt, and do arts and crafts. She loved to listen and watch Dr. Charles Stanley preach on Sunday mornings. Most of all though, she loved to take care of her family.

Kathy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Walter and Eleanor Farley and Charles and Mae Crawford.

In addition to her parents, Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Scotty D. Perdue of Narrows, VA; one brother, Steve Crawford (Crystal) of Lindside, WV; three children, Kristie Persinger (Mark Woodyard), Bethany Brugh (Adam), and Jesse Perdue (Kimmy); grandchildren, Makenzie Wolfe, Isaiah Perkins, Brianna Brugh, Tessla Brugh, Nolan Brugh, Novaleigh Perdue, Aurora Perdue, Savanna Collins, Seanna Perkins, and Seth Fleeman; special family friends, Kim and Allison Diggs of Rich Creek, VA; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and her Celanese family.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, July 16, 2021, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, WV, with Pastor Tim Sanderson and Pastor Paul Broyles officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Memorial Gardens in Lindside, WV, with Mike Crawford, Junior Perdue, Adam Brugh, Austin Lively, Danny Ayers, and JD Smith serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held from 6:00PM until 8:00PM on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home in Peterstown, WV.
