Perdue, Cora Ratliff

Cora Evelyn Perdue 93, of Elliston passed away Wednesday July 6, 2022 at Heritage Hall Rich Creek. She was born in Montgomery County on June 16, 1929 to the late Guy E and Effie Heslep Ratliff. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Leroy Perdue, son, Franklin Roger Perdue, brothers Guy (Moody) Ratliff, Curtis Ratliff, Thomas Ratliff.

She is survived by her, daughter and son in law; Linda and Gene Underwood; grandchildren; Patrick Underwood (Renee), Jory (JB) Underwood (Candy), Lori Criner (Darrell), Scott Perdue, Jaime; great grandchildren, Cody, Trey (Megan), Haley, Emma, Jake, Annie, Kayla, Maggie, Landon, Ryan, Emma, Elena, Kirk, and Eva; two great great grandchildren, Ace and Payton; sister, Frances East.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 11, 2022 at 11:00 am in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Patrick Underwood officiating. Burial will follow at Reesedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 am until service time at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
