Pence, George Ann

George Ann Pence, age 85, of Blacksburg died, Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at New River Valley Medical Center. She was born in Montgomery County, Virginia, on July 31, 1934 to the late George Washington and Rushia Monte Scaggs Arrington.

She was also preceded in death by husband Harry Jimmylyle Pence; her siblings, Jim Arrington, Foster Arrington, Joyce Henschel, and Billy Joe Arrington.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Elesta Lorilyle and Craig Dobbins; sons and daughters-in-law, Harry James and Heather Pence, George Monte Joe, And Tiffany Pence; Grandchildren, Cody and wife, Kristin, Caleb, Conner, Ella, Kaitlyn, Shantel, Morgan, Kristian, Harrison, Ian, Wyatt, Carson, Dawson, and Madelyn.

Private graveside services will be held. The family will receive friends from 2-4:00 pm on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg
