(Chuck) Pascoe, Jr. July 21, 1941–October 18, 2013 Charles T., as he was known, was born in Blacksburg, VA and grew up as the youngest in the family with two older sisters, Susan and Sarah. He graduated from Blacksburg High School in 1959 and was very close to several of his classmates, as well as being Senior Class president, and enjoying their reunions over the years. He went on to graduate from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio in 1964 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in music. He enlisted in the Ohio National Guard in 1960, and was married in December, 1962 to Carole Kouse (Pascoe). In 1964 he went into the Air Force, specializing in Communications, and served until 1968. Charles T. (“Chuck”) and Carole had four children: Charlotte, Cheryl, Carrie and John. He pursued a career in later years as a consultant, living in several different states, ending up in Northern Virginia in 1979. The marriage dissolved in 1988. Chuck met Carolyn Chappell of Fairfax in 1992, and they were loving partners for 21 years. He continued his consulting as a Proposal Manager and tech writer for Government contractors. Although a lifelong Lutheran, he transferred his membership to Fairfax United Methodist Church in the mid ‘90s. He joined the Burke Rotary Club in 2007, and was active as its current Foundation Chairman. He leaves behind his sister Sarah, and his four children named above, his two grandchildren Maddie (14) and Mason (9), and Carolyn. Funeral services will be held at Fairfax United Methodist Church 10300 Stratford Ave., Fairfax, VA on Thursday, October 24 at 11 a.m.. Graveside services will be held Friday, October 25, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in the Westview Cemetery, Blacksburg. The family will meet 2:30 pm at McCoy Funeral Home and the procession will leave at 2:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Burke Rotary Foundation, P. O.
