Pascoe, Joyce Ann

Joyce Ann Pascoe (Gallimore), age 85, of Blacksburg, passed away, Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Lewis Gale Hospital-Montgomery. She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Pascoe, Sr.

She is survived by five sisters, Linda Smith, Janet Webb, Ruby Dallas Gallimore, Eula Mae (Julie) Crewey, Ellen Olaf Gallimore; one brother, Cappy Ray Gallimore; sons and daughters-in-law, James Pascoe (Wanda), Dennis Pascoe (Audrey), John Pascoe, Jr. (Sandy), Wayne Pascoe, Paul Pascoe, Michael Pascoe (Kim), Timmy Pascoe; daughters and sons-in-law, Lynn Henderson (Dug), Kathy Simmons (Tommy), Julie Cupp (Rusty), Dawn Duncan (Dennis), Susan Brummett (Byran); grandchildren, Stephanie Pascoe, Michelle Pascoe Gathercole, Christopher Pascoe, Caroline Pascoe DePriest, Jacob Brummett, Sam Pascoe, Rachel Jarvis, Adam Gentry, Jennifer Brummett, Briggs Simmons, Jacob Pascoe, David Pascoe; as well as numerous great-grandchildren.

She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, homemaker, grandmother, great-grandmother, and devoted friend to many. She enjoyed the outdoors, working in her flower beds and gardening. She cherished her time with all her family and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to David and Jeannie Hamilton for being great neighbors and very special friends. She will be greatly missed by many.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12-1:00 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202 or the American Heart Association.
