Parks, William Neil

William Neil Parks, 78, of Blacksburg, passed away February 28, 2009. He was born January 27, 1931. He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Patricia Parks. Survivors include his sons, David, Duane, John and wife, Sandi, and Bradley; daughters, Nancy and Ashley; grandchildren, Erin, Brittany, Matty, Alex and Jenny; great-grandchildren, William and Isaac; brother, Lee, Charles Parks; nephews, Chuck, Richie; sister-in-law, Rosie Parks. A memorial service will be conducted 1 p.m. March 3, 2009 at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church with Pastor Joanna Stallings officiating. Reception to follow.
