Palmer, Janice Young

Janice Virginia Young Palmer, 97, of Radford, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2016. She was a member Rockford United Methodist Church.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents, John Hanford Young and Mary Virginia Swann Young; her husband, Kenneth Charles Palmer; brothers, George, Paul Edward, Gordon and William Young; and sister, Clara Frame.

Survivors include her daughter, Judith Virginia Palmer of Radford; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce and Bill Yocum, and Mary Frances and Paul Wright, all of Parkersburg, W.Va.; and many other relatives and friends.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at the West View Cemetery in Radford with Rev. Ginny Tompkins officiating.
