Ottey, Nancy Wiley

Nancy Wiley Ottey, 75, of Peakland Drive, Pulaski, VA passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born December 24, 1940 at White Gate, VA, the daughter of the late William Rufus & Virginia Woodyard Wiley.

She lived for many years in Newark, Delaware and attended Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Pulaski.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, John & Charles Wiley.

She is survived by her son, Brian Keith Tabor, White Gate; her sisters and a brother-in-law, Pinkey Melton, Pulaski, Patricia & Rev. Raymond Amos, Elizabethton, TN and Sally Lepchitz, Pulaski; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home, White Gate, with Rev. Becky Wheeler and Rev. Raymond Amos officiating. Burial will follow in the Walkers Creek Cemetery, Inc. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 P.M. until service time, 3:00 P.M.

Flowers will be appreciated, but the family suggests making donations in Nancy’s memory to her church, Aldersgate United Methodist Church, c/o Katherine Martin, 1946 Medallion Dr., Pulaski, VA, 24301.
