O’Neill, Chad Eric

Chad Eric O’Neill, 33, of Radford, Va., passed away suddenly at his home on July 26, 2015.Chad was born on December 21, 1981 to Barry Edward & Kim Marie O’Neill.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Margaret Carolyn Maynard.

He is survived by his sister, Brandie Hinkley and her husband, Kenneth; his brother, Sean O’Neill and his wife, Angela; his paternal grandfather, Gene Maynard; his aunt and uncle, Marcie and Tom Connell; two very special nieces, Jenna and Sophie O’Neill; and one very special friend, Josed Limon Antuna.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 30, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m. at DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford, Va. In lieu of flowers, it is suggested those desiring make memorial contributions to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, NAMI, P.O. Box 62596, Baltimore, MD 21264.
