O’Dell, Myrtle Simpkins

Myrtle Simpkins O’Dell, age 85 of Pulaski passed away Friday, May 6, 2011 in the Lewis Gale-Pulaski Hospital. Born May 10, 1925 in Pulaski County, she was the daughter of the late Wayne Simpkins and Della Wilson Simpkins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” O’Dell and her daughter, Barbara “Bobbi” O’Dell.

She was a member of the Dora Highway Baptist Church, Pulaski.

Surviving-

Two Granddaughters and spouses-

Missie and Ken Mitchell-Pulaski,
Sonya and Shawn Burchett- Pulaski.

Four Great Grandchildren-
Chandler and Jake Mitchell-Pulaski,
Noah and Erin Burchett-Pulaski,

Funeral services will be held Monday 11:00 A.M. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Harry Gunter officiating. Interment will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
