Null, Mike Allen

Mike Allen Null, 86, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2016 at his home in Radford. He retired from A & P Company after 32 years as a store clerk. He was a member of First Baptist Church and was a U. S. Army veteran.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Golden Null and Beulah Bea Rowe Null; his son, Stephen Kelly Null; and his sister, Sue Carol Moore.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Betty Anderson Null of Radford; his brothers-in-law, Franklin Davis Anderson of Chesapeake, and Kenneth Michael Anderson of Christiansburg; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 11, 2016 at the First Baptist Church in Radford with Dr. Paul Lane officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunrise Burial Park in Radford. The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the VT Center for Autism Research and mailed to Virginia Tech, Office of Gift Accounting, Attn. Dr. Angela Scarpa, University Development (0336), Blacksburg, VA 24061. Checks should be made payable to the “Virginia Tech Foundation Inc.” and include “Virginia Tech Center for Autism Research” in the memo section.
