Nester, Barbara Ann Hoback

Barbara Ann Hoback Nester, 74 of Pulaski, peacefully passed on to Heaven, Sunday, January 11, 2015. She worked tirelessly for many years providing for her family, and was a longstanding member of Faith Bible Church, where she faithfully served her Savior, Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Diane Nester Whited and her husband, Daniel Whited, and devoted sister Wanda Hoback Maxwell and her husband Ed Maxwell. She is also survived by beloved grandchildren Jaime Whited, Joshua Whited and his wife Stephanie, and Jacob Whited and his wife Lauren. She left behind four cherished great-grandsons, Ian Whited, Isaiah and Ilijah Salaam, and Colton Whited. She has many nieces and nephews she adored as well.

She was preceded in death by her two beautiful sons Douglas and Michael Nester, an infant great-grandson, Mason Whited, a sister Frankie Hoback, and brother Duard Hoback and parents, Frank and Agnes Hoback.

A private service and interment will be held at the family cemetery in Snowville,Virginia. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
