Neice, Charlotte Stevers

Charlotte Stevers Neice, 66 of Pembroke passed away Sunday, December 15th, 2013 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. A lifelong resident of Giles County, she was born on February 22nd, 1947, and was the daughter of the late Jessie William and Beulah Radford Stevers. In addition to her mother and father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kermit Stevers. Charlotte was a longtime employee of Celanese Acetate in Narrows. A loving mother, grandmother and sister, she will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Left to cherish her memory are a son, James Dewayne Neice of Pembroke; a daughter, Tabitha Heinlein of Pembroke; one grandson, Cody Heinlein and fiancee’ Courtney Carbaugh, both of Narrows; two sisters, Drema Thompson of Pembroke, and Derhonda Goad of Fancy Gap, Virginia; several nephews and many special friends. At her request she was cremated. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 21st, 2013 at 1 PM in the Chapel of Riffe’s Funeral Service in Narrows.
