Margaret Elizabeth Neece, age 59 of Pulaski passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at the Pulaski Health & Rehab Center. Born May 18, 1957 in Bluefield, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late James Newton Etter & Margaret Virginia Abshire Etter.
