Robert Eugene Nagle, 51, of Christiansburg, VA passed away on Friday, August 2, 2013. He was born March 25, 1962, in Baltimore, MD. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Eugene Nagle, Sr.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Brenda Newby Nagle; mother, Virginia Alexander Nagle of Baltimore, MD; sisters, Gerilyn McGough and husband Robert and Peggy Roettger and husband Michael; niece and nephews, Robin, Christopher, Eric, Bradley, Tony and Brandon; sister-in-law, Pamela Akers; brother-in-law, Phillip Newby; and a host of other family and friends. Robert was a loving husband and a kind-hearted man. He was an avid photographer, talented woodcraftsman, and gardener. He loved the outdoors, fishing, boating, and the ocean. He enjoyed many things in life, model railroading, guitar, astronomy, and walks with his wife and pets. He loved exploring and taking photographs of nature. He never met a stranger There are no words to express… he left us too soon. We were supposed to grow old together, Honey. I love you and miss you. You will forever be in my heart. Until I see you again, my heart aches. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at noon on Saturday, August 10, 2013, at the St. Jude Catholic Church, Radford. Arrangements with Horne Funeral Home.
