Myers, William Martin

William Martin Myers, age 83, of Craig County died, Thursday, November 3, 2016. He was born in Craig County, Va. on September 26, 1933 to the late Everett Levi and Irene Kanode Myers.

He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Kathy Fleet, and grandson, Barry.

He is survived by his wife, Pauline Medley Myers; daughters and son-in-law, Deborah and Leonard Cook, Shelby Myers, Irma Carter and friend, Burley Richards, son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Monica Myers, son-in-law, Richard Fleet; two special grandchildren, Jack and April Carter; grandchildren, Gary and Becky Carter; special great-grandchild, Bethany Lucas and Raven Keffer; great-grandchildren, Bella, Destiny, Parker, Bailey, Jeremy, Anthony, McKenzie, and Tailor; brothers, Jimmy and Johnny Myers.

Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Frazier and Rev. Jimmie Lee Price officiating. Interment will follow in the Williams Cemetery, Newport. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 pm Wednesday afternoon at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr., SW, Blacksburg.
