Mumpower, Edith Phipps

Edith Phipps Mumpower, 77, of Radford, died January 12, 2006 in Cincinatti, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Mumpower.

Surviving are her daughter Judy M. Houston and her husband John D. Houston, Cincinnatti, Ohio; a son, Roger E. Mumpower, Roanoke and a sister, Lois P. Carr, Franklin, Ohio; four grandchildren also survive.

A Mass of The Christian Burial will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2006 at St. Jude’s Catholic Church with Father Patrick Golden officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Burial Park. The family will receive friends, from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2006 at The DeVilbiss Funeral Home, Radford.
