Mullins, Patsy Joan

Joan Mullins, 82, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at her home in Pulaski surrounded by her family. She was formerly employed as a building supervisor with Fairfax County Schools.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Nellie Osborne Walters, and her husband of 31 years, Harold Winford Mullins. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Danny Ray Mullins and Judy Bowman of Front Royal, Dennis Wade Mullins and Joyce of Manassas, and Danny “Buddy” Mullins, Jr. of Pulaski; daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl Lorraine Wells and John of Chatham, Terresa Lynn Sizemore and Robert of Culpeper, and Lesa Gay Leach of Ennis, NC; 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 5:00 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
