Moyers, Charles (Sandy)

Charles (Sandy) William Moyers, 77 of Pulaski, died Thursday morning July 26, 2018 in the Pulaski Health and Rehab Center. He was born in Pulaski, Virginia on August 21, 1940 and was the son of the late Julian Moore and Gillie Groseclose Moyers.

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Pulaski.

Surviving are brother, Thomas J. Moyers, Birmmingham, Ala.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 11 a.m. from the First United Methodist Church, Pulaski, with the Rev. Will Shelton officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski. Visiting will be Thursday from the church where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the service hour.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church, 135 4th Street NW, Pulaski, Virginia, 24301 or to the Pulaski Daily Bread, PO Box 824, Pulaski, VA 24301.
