Teeb Jude “T.J.” Morris, age 73 of Richfield Rehabilitation Center in Salem, and formerly of Pulaski, died Sunday evening September 30, 2007 in the Richfield Center. He was born July 16, 1934 in Pulaski County, and was the son of the late Lula Jennings Morris and Teeb B. Morris.

Mr. Morris was a retired brick mason having worked in the New River Valley for many years, and was a veteran of the United States Army having served in the Korean Conflict. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife; Peggy Hall Morris, and two sons; T.J. Morris, Jr. and Bobby Lee Morris.

He is survived by two sons: Stephen “Steve” Morris of Christiansburg, and Mike Hall of Pulaski: three daughters; Jeanie Morris of Pulaski, Debbie M. Taylor of Prescott, Arizona, and Renee Hall of Christiansburg: two sisters; Dreama Morris Gills of Roanoke, and Patricia McPeak and her husband Roger of Pulaski: three brothers; Dale Morris of Spring Lake, NC, Ernest Morris and his wife Lois of Radford, and Trent Morris and his wife Diane of Dublin. Also survived by eight grandchildren; Amanda Taylor, Lyrica Wlliams, Marie Morris, Eric Hollingsworth, Terry Morris, Brian Hall, Brad Hall, and Mike Hall, Jr. Loved and will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Loyal and devoted friends, Sandra and Wayne Bragg.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday October 3, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomas M. Seagle and Sons with the Rev. Clayton Quesenberry officiating. Interment will follow in the Newbern Cemetery where the V.F.W. Post 1184 will conduct military honors.

Visiting will be anytime Tuesday after 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. In lieu of Flowers memorial contributions may be made to the V.F.W.
