Morris, Ernest Aaron

Ernest Aaron Morris, 72, of Radford, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013, at his home in Radford surrounded by his family. He was born in Newbern and was the son of the late T.B. and Lula Jennings Morris. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Patricia McPeak; and brothers, T. J. and Trent Morris. Survivors include his wife, Lois Riddle Morris; son, Ernest “Aaron” Morris Jr.; grandson, Dylan Jacob Morris, all of Radford; brother, Dale Morris, of Fayetteville, N.C.; sister, Dreama Gills, of Salem; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with the Rev. Wayne Poston officiating. Interment will follow in the Newbern Cemetery in Newbern. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the family to help defer funeral costs.
