Morgan, Harriet Hill
Harriet Elizabeth Morgan, 69 of Pulaski, Virginia went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, November 3, 2020. She was born July 5, 1952 in Giles County, the daughter of the late Leonard & Esther Hill.
She was raised in Giles County along with her two brothers, James Turner & Clay Hill and two sisters, Erma Jean Lewis & Leigh Ella (Jerry) Perdue. Many say she had a voice of an angel and a smile that could light up the darkest of rooms.
Harriet married her best friend, confidant & love of her life, Freddy Morgan, and he survives. Harriet was blessed with three wonderful sons, Shawn (Lanetta) Eaves, of Roanoke, Eric Eaves & Andre Eaves, both of Pulaski and two beautiful daughters, Anisha (Sylvester) Gales & Tamisha (Jamaal) Manigault, both of Clarksville, TN. She had a great love for her grandchildren, Todd (Alyssa) Dunbar, Hannah Eaves, Morgan Eaves, Brooklyn Eaves, all from Roanoke, Tiji Johnson, Shaw’Rik Martin, Armani Gales, Amya Gales, Qadree Reed, Jazzmyne Martin & Jamaal Manigault as well as her great grandchildren, Bradley Martin & Calie Ownes, all from Clarksville, TN. Her grand & great-grand babies were her heart and soul. She would call them her “precious” babies while holding their faces in her hands or say, “I could just eat ‘em up.”
In addition to her parents, Leonard & Esther Hill, she was preceded in death by her great grandchild, Priest Martin.
Funeral Services will be held at 12pm, Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Serenity Funeral Home located at 248 Randolph Ave, Pulaski, VA 24301.
