Moran, Elsie Funks

Elsie Funks Moran, 79, of Pulaski, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at her home, as a result of a stroke. She was born in Munich, Germany. Surviving are her husband, Pastor Philip Moran; also, extended family and many friends. Per her wishes, Mrs. Moran will be cremated. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 26, 2014, at 3 p.m. from the Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Plott officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 2 p.m. until the service hour. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski, VA.
