Moorman, Jettie Alley

Jettie Alley Moorman, 88, of Elkton, Md., went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 19, 2007. Mrs. Moorman was born and raised in Christiansburg, Va.

She cherished her children, grandchildren, and greatgrandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking and caring for them and playing card games.

Mrs. Moorman is survived by her son, Clayton Moorman and wife, Sharon; four daughters, Jean Maclary, Teresa Booth and husband, Jeff, Cindy Cockerham and husband, Marty, and Loretta Moorman and husband, Michael Wilson; six grandchildren, Carmen, Travis, Melanie, Kelley, Justin, Jason; five great-grandchildren, Jenny, Renee, Denise, Emma, and Kylie; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Moorman and daughter, Connie Moorman.

In lieu of flowers, and in memory of Jettie, the family suggests to “Go visit your mother.”
