Moore, Betty Eanes

Betty Ann Eanes Moore of Radford, Va. went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 22, 2023. She leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and grace. Betty Ann had a wonderful sense of humor, a ready smile, and never met a stranger. She loved the lord, and everything she did was to honor him.

Betty Ann was preceded in death by husband Earl Moore, daughter Teresa Moore Merix, grandson Chris Merix, parents Cleophas and Blanches Eanes, brother Fred Eanes, sister Helen Eanes Crawford, niece Linda Eanes Price, and nephew Darryl Eanes.

Betty Ann is survived by brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Marie Eanes, sister-in-law Lorene Eanes, son-in-law Greg Merix, niece Angie (Keith) Nunn, nephew Danny (Laura) Eanes, Jay Eanes and his sons Joey and Max Eanes. Other nieces and nephews, Richard Eanes, Mark Cole, Debbie Cole Goodwin, Scott Eanes, and numerous great nieces and nephews and a very special friend Marie Morgan.

Betty Ann was a lifelong member of Bible Holiness Church and loved her church family.

Arrangements: Visitation at Bible Holiness Church, Tuesday, June 27, from 1-2 pm followed by service at 2:00 pm, with Pastor Dwayne Martin officiating. Interment at Sunset Cemetery in Christiansburg.
