Mooney, Amber Dawn

Amber Dawn Mooney, 28, of Claytor Lake, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2012. She was preceded in death by her mother, Vickie Mooney and Father Tony Mooney. Survivors include her children, Kieera Mooney, of Roanoke and Malakai Mooney, of Fort Chiswell; brother, Billy Joe McCrosky; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ashley Mooney (Mirsad Lugonjic) and Heather Thomas (Ronnie Thomas); nephew, Trey Wyatt; grandmothers, June Howell, Susie Peters and Pooney Martin; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will greet friends Saturday, August 11, 2012 from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 6 p.m. with the Rev. J.T. Horton officiating.
