Croney was born April 25, 2006, and gained his wings November 7, 2023. He was a son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, friend, and companion. He was energetic, outgoing, spoke his mind, a helper, a healer, listener, and an overall amazing friend and family member.

In Connecticut Croney leaves behind most of his family along with one of his best friends Eddie. Eddie and Croney grew up together like brothers and have been friends since the second grade.

Moving to Blacksburg Virginia was a huge change, coming here Croney has met some amazing friends, and co-workers.

Croney worked at Kroger and Chipotle where he not only worked with amazing people but also mingled with those in the community. Croney made people smile in times of worry and sadness, he created a playful and energetic atmosphere wherever he went.

Croney played many sports while at Blacksburg High School. He ran track, played football and he boxed as well. Croney had a love for music, you could hear him singing from a mile away, and he always carried a tone. And when he was singing soon to follow was the best of his dance moves that we all enjoyed.

He became a part of a friend group that they named “Diversity” which consisted of Bay, Dat, Aiden, and Croney.

Croney was accepted into Oregon State before his departure, with a full scholarship. He had a passion for cooking and drawing as well.
