Mitchell, G. William

G. William (Bill) Mitchell, 85, passed away March 10, 2008, at Autumnwood Nursing and Rehab Center in Rittman, Ohio.

He was born in Christiansburg, Montgomery County, Virginia on September 30, 1922 to Arthur Glenn and Seymora (Fagg) Mitchell. He married Jeantta Foster in 1953 and she survives him. Bill was a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and a member of the Virginia and Ohio Bar Associations. He served as elder in the Presbyterian Church of Barberton and had been in Naval Aviation in World War II. He was a resident of Wadsworth since 1968.

Private family services will be conducted at Roberts Funeral Home�Hillcrest Chapel with the Rev. Reford Nash. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Bill is survived by his wife, Jean, of Wadsworth, Ohio; and daughter-in-law Tami Mitchell, of Akron, Ohio.
