Misty Powers Bowman Mills, 42, of Dublin, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016.

Survivors include her husband, Chris “Chico” Mills; children, Isaac Bowman and Josie Bowman; mother and stepfather, Shirley and David Hopkins; father, Marvin Powers; brother, Shannon Powers; and many relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2016 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will follow at 2 p.m.
