Miller, Angala Maria

Angala Maria Miller, age 35 of Culpepper and formerly of Pulaski, died Friday, June 27, 2014 in Culpepper. She was born on February 26, 1979 in Radford, and is the daughter of Deborah Nelson Bryant and Iven Baxter Miller.

When living in Pulaski, she attended the Memorial Baptist Church, and was a graduate of the 1997 class of Pulaski County High School.

She was preceded in death by her children’s father, Michael Davidson, Jr.; a brother-in-law, Jonathan Gilbert; her maternal grandparents; Harold and Frieda Nelson; and her paternal grandparents; Gretchen and Iven Miller.

She is survived by her two children; Gabriel (Gabe) Michael Davidson, and a daughter; Carla Nova Davidson, both of Culpepper; her mother and father; Deborah Nelson Bryant and her husband Carl of Pulaski and her father; Iven Baxter Miller and his wife Nana of Radford; a sister; April Gilbert of Radford; a step brother, Robert Reed of Pulaski. She is also survived by three nieces and 2 nephews who knew her as “Auntie”.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home. Interment will follow the next day on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Miller Cemetery, near Poplar Camp. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m. service time.
