Miles, Floe Hypes

Floe Hypes Miles, age 95 of Fairlawn and formerly of Newport died Tuesday, November 24, 2020 in her home. She was born in Craig County, VA on July 10, 1925 to the late Tracy and Rena Steber Hypes. She was also preceded in death by her husband Wilfred W. Miles; sister, Dorothy “Dort” Keffer; and her brother, Robert Hypes.

She is survived by her son, Randy Miles and wife Melanie Eads-Miles; brother-in-law, Ralph Moore; three grandchildren, Amy Caldwell and husband Will, Christopher Eads and wife, Tember, Ben Eads and wife, Ashley; two great-grandchildren, Kennedy “Piglet” Caldwell, Lincoln “George” Eads; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, November 27, 2020 at 2:00 pm in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Sebert Rorrer officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Fairlawn Volunteer Fire Department, 7358 Peppers Ferry Blvd., Fairlawn, VA 24141.
