Meredith, Tom (Tam)

Tam “Tom” Meredith, 49, of Pulaski, went to be with his heavenly father on June 27, 2014, after his courageous battle with colon cancer. Tom is survived by his spouse, Tammy Lynn Perry Meredith; children, Tom Charles, Lonnie Lee, Virginia “Jenny” Meredith.

A funeral service will be held Monday, June 30, 2014, at Pathway to Heaven Worship Center, 7889 Cleburne Blvd., Dublin, VA, (Rt. 100 Cloyds Mountain.) with Pastor Winfred Keene officiaiting.
