amem_fishinghole.jpgLincoln Lynwood (Buddie) Meredith, 81, of Snowville, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2011. He was a member of Snowville Baptist Church. He worked over 20 years with Radford Limestone Company and retired from Leggett in Radford.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie and Blanche Martin Meredith; and brothers, Winford and Cleddie E. Meredith. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Eula Mae Simpkins Meredith, of Snowville; daughter, Bonnie M. King, of Dothan, Ala.; grandson and his wife, Grady and Diana King, of Dothan, Ala.; granddaughter, Stephanie King, of Auburn, Ala; great-grandsons, J. B. and James King, of Dothan, Ala.; sister, Adell M. Adkins, of Fairlawn; sisters-in-law, Winnie Meredith, of Christiansburg and Alice Louisene Meredith, of Radford; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 19, 2011, at 2 p.m. at the Snowville Baptist Church with the Rev. Neil Wood officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Sunday evening at the church.
